A trip of 152 miles yesterday, Cavendish, Prince Edward
Island, to Truro, Nova Scotia. Today riding on a tidal bore (tide running up
River in a narrow fast-moving channel 14 foot rapids) raft trip guaranteed to
get wet. Dinner prepared by Hilden Volunteer Fire Department last night. was a great ride exhausted must've blasted through at least 20 12 foot waves or better. At the trip I sat in the back the last half front it's quite a sight to see a 12 foot wave rolling over the top of your rubber raft filling it with water the boat operator powering up for the next wave and draining the water out of the raft.
