Went to an Amish Produce Auction in Lawrenceburg Tennessee
15 miles from Alabama State line. Where a lot of fruit stands, restaurants and
small grocery stores buy their produce it was very interesting. I was able to
buy 8 yellow squash, 5 green bell peppers and 9 tomatoes for $4.00 The Amish do not allow photographs, but I was
able to take this one of a sign.
While posting my blog a severe thunderstorm passed
through our area giving us 6/10 of an inch of rain in less than 1/2 hour . A picture of the neighbor’s
rain gauge. Still raining could get more a lot more lightning.
